Now a days in metropolitans the pace of life has increased to such an extent that we hardly spare some time out to take care of our body but if you own an iPhone then it could of some use in keeping your body fit. Daily Ab Workout is a new app with the help of which one can schedule and perform exercises to maintain a daily ab routine.
To start with the app, one can set the duration for his or her daily routine from 5 minutes to 10 minutes. The main screen has options like Start Complete Workout, Start From Exercises, Select Workout Routine and of course the duration option.
So before you start using the app I will explain you the functions. Select the duration at first, then the type of workout routine(select 1 if you are a beginner, 2 if you can successfully do the 1st routine since 2 is more difficult and Randomize if you are used to both 1 and 2) and then tap on Start Complete Workout.
Doing this will start the routine with equally distributed durations for each of the exercises as per your total workout length. If you set the length to 5 minutes, each exercise from the routine will last for 30 seconds after which it will change. Interestingly the app also features visual clips for each of the exercise to help the person who is going to try it. To pause a running workout one can use the pause button and in case he or she wants to go back to the main menu, hit the Home button present in the middle. The app also shows the number of exercises left on the top right corner of the screen.
In case you want to see which exercises will be covered in the routines 1 and 2 and manually perform your desired ones,without following the whole routine, you can tap on any of the two and then tap on Select From Exercises and the list will appear. For instance the workout 1 covers basic exercises like Basic Crunch, Bicycle Crunch, Reverse Crunch etc.
The workout routine 2 enlists more complex exercises like Half Curl Back, Heel Taps, Diagonal crunch etc.
The app also has the functionality to remind you of your daily routines and for which you can use the in-built reminder option by tapping on the settings button at the bottom of the mainscreen next to the I button. Tapping on that small gear like button will land you into the settings where you can switch off and on sounds.
Besides the sounds option you can also select days on which you wish to perform there routines and the time as well.
Lastly if finish a particular routine, you can share it on Facebook, Twitter and can also rate the app.
