Obviously one cannot be around his or her computer all the time to read the feeds but if one owns an iPhone, there is an interesting RSS feed reader called as Newsify.

Newsify makes RSS reading much more fun and rich interface well deserves an applause. What makes the app so special is the interface which resembles to a newspaper. Interestingly, the app is available for free and believe me guys, once you use it, you will love using it again and again.
