Android 4.2 has been released for the nexus devices from google, you can now get it on Nexus series of devices like Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Samsung Galaxy Nexus etc.

This seems to be the final version of Jelly Bean as 4.2 and it has come with some great new features, in upcoming days we will cover all these features in detailed guide but today we are going elaborate a new feature that has been added to android 4.2 named Jelly Bean named DayDream.

DayDream is a screensaver which activated when you leave your android tablet idle which you can configure on android phones and tablet to use it as a photo frame.

Configuration Guide To Setup Daydream on Android

In order to configure this feature, you will need to go to settings >> display – Daydream

Under Daydream settings you will see several options you can configure the daydream screensaver on android 4.2 – You can either display clock, colors pattern, news from google currents, photo frame with photos shown in full screen or use the photo table which shows an animated photo slideshow.

You can also configure daydream to start while docked, while charging or either any of these things happens.

Under photo frame and photo table option you will need to select the photo albums from which photos should be picked to display while daydream is running.
