Store, Save Tasks On iPhone To Google Gmail Account Server

Google Tasks is a really helpful service from Google and comes as an incorporation with your Gmail account. It lets you create tasks with utmost simplicity. It is very much similar to your to-do notes but is slightly more advanced and very easy on the interface. Ruling out the inconvenience of using your PC to create tasks, GeeTasksLite is here which will let you do all those things which you could do in the browser interface.

At the first start you have to begin with adding your Gmail credentials to fetch all your tasks from the server.

Here you are on the very first screen where you have the lists on top followed by your account. Once it syncs with the google servers, it will show all the tasks along with the lists.

If you are a new user like me who have not tried the Google Tasks ever then you can start creating tasks n lists right from here and then the app will sync it back to the Gmail account. On the main screen you can hit the edit button on the right top corner so that you can add or delete lists.

The best way to add tasks is that first you tap on the lists if you have created any or on the default list.

On the next page tap on Add a new task and on the very next screen type down the title of the task and also specify the date in the calendar below.

Next tap the arrow just next to the where you typed the title of the task and proceed further. On the next page you can see the task title, date of the task as selected by you in the calendar, a notes section to further add any important thing and lastly the belongs to list option, where you can select the list in which you wish to put the task.

After doing all this it will show the task on the page where you tapped add a new task. Here if you have accomplished a task, you can tap on the circle just ahead of the task title and a right sign will appear along with the task text color becoming gray, telling you that the task is done.

In the image below I have added a few tasks of different dates and to different lists. In case you want to sort the tasks by date, status, title etc, you can do it by tapping on the button at the bottom left corner. Also if you want to manage the tasks and want to delete any completed tasks, hit the edit button.

App Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 3.1.2 or later

Conclusion: This app is brilliant and lets you rotate almost every video without compromising on quality. So according to me it’s a must buy.
