Add Calendar To iPhone Notification Center Screen Drop Down

One of the most popular tweak, SBSettings, not only has some useful shortcut toggles for enabling/disabling features like Wi-FI, Bluetooth etc, but also displays necessary information like free ram, free space and much more. The same tweak even allows you to put additional information like date, battery percentage, free ram in the statusbar.

Definitely the addition of date on the statusbar is useful in various situations but what if you are looking more a little more information like the day, or the date on the coming Sunday? Well if you do wish to have this extra information we have a small tweak for you. Calendar For NotificationCenter is a small widget that displays the complete calendar in your drop down notification center.

To download the same go to Cydia search and enter Calendar For NotificationCenter.

Once you have installed the tweak, go to stock settings app and open the Notifications section. Under Notifications, scroll down to the bottom until you find Calendar Widget(see the bottom of the image given below)

Open Calendar Widget and enable it using the toggle present inside.

Once you have enabled it, you are all set to take a look at the new calendar you have added to your notification center. You can swipe left or right on the calendar and it will display the next or previous month. This is quite helpful when you want to know the day on a particular date of next month or any of the months to come.

App Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 5 and above.

Conclusion: If you are in need of a Calendar tweak, this is a great one. I wish it had the feature to add events from here only.
