In Google Chrome application for iOS, whatever we do on it (Bookmarks, History and other) gets synced with the Google Chrome browser on our computer. When this comes to Safari browser on iPhone then you cannot expect the same feature when you are using Windows system because there you do not use apple ID. But we have iCloud control panel which will complete these differences in Windows computer, where out of the 3 elementary features you have a feature where you can sync the bookmarks of Safari browser with the Internet Explorer.
Download iCloud Panel from here, and then install it.
You will have to enable the second option stating the feature to sync the bookmarks with the Internet Explorer. Then it will ask you to confirm whether to merge the bookmarks with the iCloud, clicking the merge button will enable the feature.
First option in the iCloud Panel will help you to sync the contacts, Mails, Calendar events with the Outlook on the Windows System and the third option will help you to transfer the images from your computer to iPhone and vice versa by creating the PhotoStream folder on your system.
This feature is must if you want to keep on using Safari on your iPhone without any problem. But nowadays when most of the users have already stopped using Internet Explorer, but still you might need this feature if you want to continue the work left on Safari of iPhone on the Windows computer.
