How-To Facetime Audio all iOS devices [iOS7–New Feature]

Facetime has obviously been a great feature when it comes to iOS family but there have been certain restrictions to its usage. We had many Jailbreak tweaks to break free those restrictions but it seems that iOS has provided us an easier way to utilize that Facetime feature without any restriction and that too with the minimum data usage on your iPhone.

In this new iOS7 we have got the feature of Facetime audio, which will help you to chat (only voice) with all the iOS devices available in your contact list, whether it is iPad, iPhone or Mac, it is great to use. If you are at home then it will be great to use this feature because the best is that you will not have to go to any other application to call the person (like Viber or Skype).

You can simple choose to call that person in the same call log by following the steps mentioned below. Open the phone application and go to the Call log screen and there tap the ‘info’ icon in front of the contact with which you want to contact.

Now on this new screen tap the call option highlighted below, this will not generate the normal call rather it will just initiate the Facetime audio calling. Unluckily if you have already initiated the Facetime video then you cannot turn only the cam off and thus continue with the audio Facetime. Please let us know if you face any problem while following up with these steps.
