Location Based Reminders on Google Keep [Android]

Google Keep as expected is getting updated with the new features and the more it gets updated the tougher it will become for the applications like Evernote and Any.Do to survive in the app market. I might be making the statement way before it actually happens but as Google Keep has been updated with Location Based and Timely reminders, users have got another reason to use this notes based (productivity) application on their android device.

A large percentage of users actually use the Google Account for one or another thing and this application like Google Calendar or Google Drive will become more approachable for the users rather than Evernote or any other application. Now when you will try to create a new note then you will have some new optioned as mentioned in the screenshot. Now tap the suitable option to make it a location based reminder or the Time Based reminder.

While choose the Location based reminder it will automatically populate the name of the location as you type in the text field (from the Google Maps results).

These reminders will not ring a loud alarm but a normal notification will be brought up on your phone. In the reminder log on the main screen of the application you will see a small line indicating that the reminder is location or time-based. Please let us know if you face any problem while setting such reminders on Google Keep. Please note that this feature is also available for the web based service which you can use on your desktop browsers.
