Most of us must have upgraded our iOS devices and would have started playing with it right now. This issue from AppsToUse will help you to get an idea about few of the important tips which can help you to get retrieve more productivity from your Apple devices. Let us start with the tips by not wasting your much of the time.

As we know that tips like these are endless and they will keep on coming so you will see the continuation of this article over AppsToUse where will be giving more of these. Let me start this something unfamiliar for you.

1) How-To Check Timestamp of the Messages

Initially with the previous iOS6 you could see the timestamp of the messages in between the message log. The timestamp would appear as ‘8 minutes ago’ but nothing specific will be mentioned for each and every message available in the message log, but this time you have the feature of seeing the exact time on which your receive or sent those messages.

Just open the messages application and then open any chat.

Now just hold any of the chat bubble and then drag it to the right side, you will see the time-stamps as mentioned below in the screenshot.

2) How-To Block any Caller

Block is one of the major features, which iPhone was missing out. This is the best to get rid of those telecallers who will keep on asking you about the new credit cards and insurance schemes. Reach out to the list of contacts and then search for the particular user which is supposed to be blocked.

Now go to his/her contact details and then scroll down to the last option which can block this user completely.

Once the user is blocked you will not be able to see any indication whether the user has made any calls on your number or texted anything or not. Like other blocking applications available for the android devices, an indication is given by an alert mark or a red mark to show that the call was made but it has been blocked by the phone.

This is really good for some of the users who really don’t want to get bothered about the calls but some of the users prefer to see the minute details that whether the call was made or not. But, as of now we cannot find anything which bother the settings in the blocking feature.

3) How-To Reduce The Size of The Text Being Displayed

The size of the text being displayed over your emails, messages or notes or any other inbuilt iPhone application has be a bit big for you as compared to the size of the previous style in the last iOS version. But there are many of the users who don’t like this because it’s too big for them. So, you have the option to reduce the size or further increase them.

Go to the Settings section and then tap the option named General.

Now Tap ‘Text Size’ and then adjust the size with the help of the scroll bar.

Now in there, tap Ringtones and there you will see the option named ‘Classic’, here all the old ringtones are available and thus you can get back to you previous ringtones.

5) What Is Wish-list and How To Use It?

Now similar to the wish list on most of the shopping portals you have the same for the iTunes App Store. With the help of that wish-list now you can share the applications which are paid and expensive, which anyone else could gift you by at the same gift.
