Trick To Kill All Process On iPhone With Power / Sleep Button

If you use an iphone you will get to know where I am heading, if there are to many apps which you are running in background you may feel a little lag while launching apps, switching across other apps and doing other things. To solve this apple added new task killing feature in ios 5 which allows you to kill apps one by one shown in the multitasking bar when you press home button and tap and hold on one of the app icon as shown in the image below.

This could be really tiring as this actually requires you to a lot of actions before you can actually kill all the apps that too only one by one this way possible and before you can end them you will need to double click the home button and them tap and hold on one of the app icon.

We discovered a way with which you can kill all the apps running in background in second, by combining action of some tweaks you have installed from cydia. But wait a minute, what if you have a non jailbroken iphone then FYI there is no way possible as apple on iTunes app store does not allow any app which could help you kill other apps running in background.

Now If you have a jailbroken iphone than you can install task killer tweaks like KillBackground, SBSettings also allows you to kill apps via process functions as shown in the image below.

There are some other tweaks as well on cydia which can make this task more simple and easy to kill all apps once in second with minimum effort. In order to make this work you will need to install tweaks like Activator and Remove Background, once you have installed all the tweaks, follow the procedure below.

Go to settings >> Activator

Under Activator go to anywhere

Scroll down to locate Sleep button action of double press

Go into to double press action of sleep button and select RemoveBG as shown in the image below.

Now you can kill all the apps running on iphone anytime and while running any app just by double press of power or sleep key on the top of iphone. You can see all this in action by watching the video below.
