[How-To] View The Files Offline on Google Drive

Today we will tell you that how you can save the documents, PDFs, sheets or images on your iPhone with the help of Google Drive. This feature is somewhat similar to that of Dropbox and you can make certain documents or the files mentioned above to be available as Offline, so you will need the internet connection all the time to see those files. Let us start with this tutorial.

Open the application and go to the list of the files of your Google Drive.


Now instead of tapping the name of the file, tap at the arrow of the file where you will be able to see the options related to the file.


Now you see the button named ‘Available Offline’, tap that button and then it will take some time to download the file on your iPhone (though you will not be able to see the downloading progress on the phone).


Now go back to the main screen of the application and then open the section of Offline Documents and there you will see that file available in that section.


There are large number of people who use Google Drive more than Dropbox and moreover when Google Driver gives you the section to edit these docs then you are abide to use it more often. Let us know you go through any problem while following this tutorial.
